  1.                   Information for Shareware Vendors:

  4.   The following distribution methods are allowed without the explicit
  5.   permission of Grokit Productions for ONLY the Shareware version of 
  6.   Scud Atak 3 as long as conditions are met:
  7.  
  8.   A.) Download services: BBS, Online Service, and Internet
  9.      Scud Atak 3 may be provided for download by telcom services as
  10.      long as all files are included and unmodified.  No charge may
  11.      be assesed beyond normal connect time charges.
  12.  
  13.   B.) Disk Vendors: Mail order or Computer Show
  14.      You may distribute Scud Atak 3 as long as all files are included
  15.      and are unmodified.  You must plainly state in your catalog or on
  16.      your booth that the cost of Shareware programs purchased from you
  17.      covers only your distribution costs and that registration is
  18.      required for continued use of Shareware beyond an evaluation period.
  19.      You should charge no more than $5.00 to provide the evaluation copy
  20.      and cover your distribution costs.

  22.   C.) CD ROM vendors: Shareware CDs
  23.      You may distribute Scud Atak 3 on Shareware compilation CD ROMs
  24.      as long all files are included and are unmodified.  You must plainly 
  25.      state on your package that use of Shareware programs beyond an 
  26.      evaluation period requires registration and additional payment should
  27.      be made directly to the author/producer of Shareware programs.  
  28.      Your compilation must include at least 50 titles to be considered a 
  29.      compilation CD.  You should not charge more than $15.00 for each CD.

  31.      NOTE:  We request that you include the Grokit Productions AV intact 
  32.             ZIP file with your distribution to allow re-distribution in
  33.             a manner which helps insure the integrity of our product.

  36.   The following are NOT allowed without written permission:

  38.   A.) You may not use Scud Atak 3 as an incentive to purchase any other
  39.      software or hardware products.

  41.   B.) You may not sell Scud Atak 3 in a permanent retail setting without
  42.      written permission.
